Triumph of the History Night at the Film Festival
08/22/2007 The "World War I on the Alps" night was a great success! The Vittoria Theater was packed of people..everyone there to watch the two films from the National Cinema Museum of Turin. Many applauses for Maciste Alpino, dumb film of 1916, and for Igino Maggiotti who played a live soundtrack for the film with his accordian. Full of people was also the Olympic Hall, where 3 films on competition were screened. In total, more than 450 spectators between the two halls.
