The 14th annual Lessinia Film Festival, an international film competition, will take place in Bosco Chiesanuova (Verona, Italy) from August 23-31, 2008. The Lessinia Film Festival is the only competition exclusively dedicated to mountain life, history and traditions. The 2007 edition of the Festival hosted 42 entries from Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Turkey in “Competition”, “Out of Competition”, “Lessinia and Mount Baldo” and “Special Events” categories The artistic director of the Lessinia Film Festival is Alessandro Anderloni. Entries for the 14th Lessinia Film Festival must be received by May 31, 2008. Rules and entry forms are available on line.

The Lessinia Gold to "Un NoŽl au Tibet"

"Un Noël au Tibet" awarded with the Gran Prix, the first prize "Lessinia Gold 2007" of the Lessinia Film Festival XIII Edition. The director Jean Baptiste Warluzel received the prize in the main hall of Vittoria Theater in Bosco Chiesanuova during the Awards Night on Saturday 25th August 2007.
